Purpose of the available files
Each file fulfills a specific purpose to guarantee the security and validity of your agreement. By downloading your document, you will obtain the following elements:
1.- Signed Document (.PDF)
This is the main file containing the agreement or contract, with the signatures of all participants visible on the document. At the end of the document, Cincel adds a signature page with the data and metadata associated with the signing and processing of the document.
2.- Audit Trail
It is the detailed record that Cincel provides of everything that happened with the document, from its creation to the final signature. It includes:
- Unique IDs for the document and the signers.
- Signer data: Names, emails, and IP addresses.
- Exact timestamps for each action.
- A cryptographic code (hash) that proves the integrity of the original file.
This document is fundamental evidence in any validation process.
3.- Conservation Certificate (NOM-151)
This is one of the most important elements for legal validity in Mexico.
- What is it? A certificate issued by a Prestador de Servicios de Certificación (PSC) [Certification Service Provider] authorized by the Ministry of Economy of Mexico.
- What is it for? It complies with NOM-151, guaranteeing that the document has not been altered since it was signed. It provides a "certain date," a key requirement for the SAT and other authorities.
- Files: The proof consists of the document and an .ASN1 file containing the technical data of the timestamp.
4.- Blockchain Certificate (Optional)
Cincel can add an additional layer of security by registering a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of your document on public blockchains. This certificate irrefutably demonstrates:
- The existence of the document at a precise moment.
- The integrity of the content through the hash.
💡Cincel Tip: We recommend downloading this complete package and saving it in your own systems. Although Cincel safeguards your documents, having your own backup is an excellent file management practice.
