Quick Guide: How to transfer Credits between Teams in Cincel

Cincel is designed to offer flexibility in managing your resources. If your organization has multiple teams, the ability to transfer credits between them is fundamental to optimizing your license usage and ensuring each area has what it needs, when it needs it.

Why and for what purpose transfer credits?

Credit transfers allow you to:

• Optimize resources: Ensure that no team runs out of the capacity needed to operate, while others have a surplus.

• Adaptability: Respond quickly to the changing needs of projects or departments, assigning credits where they are most required.

• Centralized management: Manage the resources of your entire organization from a single platform, maintaining control and visibility.

Steps to Transfer Credits

Follow these simple steps to move credits between your Cincel teams:

Step 1: Access the Teams section:

In the left side menu of your Cincel platform, click on the "Teams" option.

• Select the "Transfer Credits" option:

• Once inside the "Teams" panel, look for and click on the "Transfer Credits" option located at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Configure the transfer:

A window will open where you must specify the transfer details:

• Source Team: Select the team from which you wish to subtract the credits.

• Destination Team: Select the team to which you wish to assign the credits.

Credit Type: Choose the type of resource you wish to transfer. The types of credits you can transfer include:

• Smart Documents (NOM-151 certificates + Blockchain + Audit trail)

• Proof-of-Life Tests (identity verification)

• Quantity: Enter the exact amount of credits you wish to transfer.

Step 3: Confirm the transfer:

Review that all the information is correct and click the "Transfer" button to complete the operation.

Done! The credits will have been successfully moved to the destination team, and you will see the changes reflected in each team's credit summary.
