# Quick Guide: How to Recover Your Password in Cincel

Forgot your password? Don't worry! Recovering access to your Cincel account is a quick and simple process. Follow these steps to set a new password and get back to signing your documents without interruptions.

**Prerequisites:**

- Access to the email address associated with your Cincel account.

### Steps to Recover Your Password

1. **Access** the login page: Go to the Cincel login URL: [https://app.cincel.digital/login](https://app.cincel.digital/login)
2. **Start** the recovery process: Below the login fields, click on the "**Forgot password?**" option.
3. **Enter your email:** Type the email address you registered with in Cincel and click continue.
4. **Look** for the recovery email: Check your inbox. You will receive an email from notificaciones@cincel.digital with a secure link. Click the "**Recover password**" button within that email.
5. **Create and confirm** your new password: The link will direct you to a secure page: Type a new password. Confirm it by typing it again in the following field.
6. Finish and access your account: **Click "Continue"** and you're all set! Your password has been successfully changed. Now you can return to the login page and access your account with your new password. 
     - **Type** a new password.

💡**Cincel Tip:** If you don't see the email, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders. Sometimes automated emails can be filtered.
