Steps to Recover Your Password

Access the login page: Go to the Cincel login URL: https://app.cincel.digital/login
Start the recovery process: Below the login fields, click on the "Forgot password?" option.
Enter your email: Type the email address you registered with in Cincel and click continue.
Look for the recovery email: Check your inbox. You will receive an email from notificaciones@cincel.digital with a secure link. Click the "Recover password" button within that email.
Create and confirm your new password: The link will direct you to a secure page: Type a new password. Confirm it by typing it again in the following field.
Finish and access your account: Click "Continue" and you're all set! Your password has been successfully changed. Now you can return to the login page and access your account with your new password.
