Quick Guide: How credits are consumed within a Workspace

One of the main advantages of Workspaces is the simplification of resource management. Previously, credit allocation was done by team, which could slow down operations.

This guide explains how the new shared credit consumption model works and how it benefits your teams' operations.

The Previous Model: Credits per Team

Previously, each team in Cincel had to be provisioned with credits individually. If one team ran out of resources and another had a surplus, manual transfers were necessary to cover the operational needs of a specific area, which could cause delays.

The New Model: Shared Credit Pool in your Workspace

With the introduction of Workspaces, this process has been centralized to improve the speed and efficiency of your operations.

Now, your Workspace functions as a single entity that acquires credits. These credits are stored in a shared consumption pool, available to all teams that are part of it. It is no longer necessary to manage individual credits.

When you create your Workspace and add your existing teams, the credits each one had are automatically merged into this shared pool.

Advantages of Credit Consumption by Workspace

This new model is designed to streamline your workflow:

  • Eliminates manual transfers: You no longer need to transfer credits from one team to another. Any member of any team can use the credits available in the Workspace.
  • Greater operational speed: Teams can start signing processes without delays, as long as there are credits available in the general Workspace pool.
  • Simplified management: Manage all your credits from a single panel, making it easier to track consumption and plan future purchases.

❗️Important: Which credits are included in the shared pool?

Keep in mind that only the credits you have acquired through a plan or as add-ons are merged into the Workspace pool. Credits granted for free per team are not transferable.
