What are the platform's new features?
This update introduces features designed to offer you greater control and flexibility. Below are the main ones:
1) Workspaces: A New Way to Organize Your Teams
Now you can create and manage workspaces to structure your account by teams, projects, or business areas. This feature is ideal for companies looking for better organization and permission control.
- Centralized organization: Group documents, users, and specific settings within each workspace.
- Clear roles and permissions: Assign Super Admin or Member roles to define who can manage users, documents, and credits.
- Usage control: Manage and visualize the use of your credits (documents, liveness tests, etc.) independently for each workspace.
2) New Flexible Plans and Subscriptions
We have redesigned our plans to better adapt to your business needs, offering greater flexibility in the purchasing and management of your resources.
- New modalities: Now you can choose between Free, Business, Business Pro, and Enterprise plans.
- Tailored payments: Subscribe to your plan on a monthly or annual basis and choose whether you want automatic renewal.
- Power up your plan: Add document packages or liveness tests (add-ons) to your active plan at any time.
3) Advanced Document Management
We offer you more powerful tools so you can have total control over the lifecycle of your documents.
- Inbox and smart search: Manage all your documents from a new inbox and find any file instantly with our improved search engine.
- Recycle bin: Now deleted documents are moved to a temporary bin, giving you the opportunity to restore them if it was a mistake.
- Expiration and automatic reminders: Set expiration dates for signature requests and configure automatic reminders to speed up your processes.
4) Enhanced Security for Your Account and Your Signers
The security of your information is our top priority. Therefore, we have added new layers of protection:
- OTP authentication for login: To protect your account, a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email will now be required to log in.
- Additional verifications for signers: Strengthen the legal validity of your agreements by requesting additional verifications from your signers, such as RFC validation or advanced biometrics.
When will this update be applied?
The update to the new version of Cincel will be available for all accounts starting December 19, 2025.
