Brand Customization in Cincel

Brand Customization is a feature for businesses that allows you to modify the platform's appearance to align it with your company's visual identity. By replacing the Cincel logo and colors with those of your brand, you offer a cohesive and professional signing experience.

Why customize your account?

• Build trust: Signers access a platform they recognize, eliminating any doubt and accelerating the signing process.

• Reinforce your brand: Every interaction with your contracts reinforces your brand presence, projecting an image of strength and professionalism.

• Create a unified experience: Integrate Cincel more naturally into your company's tool ecosystem.

Who can use this feature?

• User permission: Only account Administrators can configure the customization.

• Plan requirement: This feature is exclusively available to customers on Business and Enterprise plans.

Which elements can be customized?

The settings affect two key visual elements on the platform and in email communications.

• Primary logo: 
  • Where it appears: Replaces the Cincel logo in the top-left corner of the platform and in the header of all notification emails you send (invitations, reminders, etc.). Impact: It is the most visible change and the one that contributes most to a white-label experience.
•  Primary color: 
  • Where it appears: Replaces the signature Cincel purple on buttons, links, and other visual accents. Impact: Ensures the platform feels like an extension of your own brand.

Steps to Configure your Brand

1. Go to Settings. Click on your name in the top-right corner and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
2. Open the customization tab. From your profile menu, select the "Brand Customization" tab.
3. Apply your brand. 
   • To modify the logo: Click "Browse" and select your logo file. Using a .png format is recommended. 
   • To modify the color: Click on the color picker. You can choose a color visually or, for greater precision, enter your brand's hexadecimal code (e.g., #6344FF). Click the eyedropper and select the object with the color you wish to add.
4. Save changes. Once you are satisfied with the preview, click "Save." The changes will be applied immediately.
