How can I perform a proof of life (identity verification) in Cincel?

It´s not necessary to have an account in Cincel to benefit from their identity verification services.

Steps to successfully complete an identity verification:

Step 1:

Receive the invitation email from the document creator.

Step 2:

Open the document and click on "Validate" to proceed with identity verification.

ID Verification: The signer scans both the front and back of their identification (INE or passport) using a photo taken directly within Cincel.

The example INE is intentionally distorted as it is a valid official identification, but identifications should not be distorted or out of focus.

All four corners of the identification image (INE or Passport) must be visible; the system does not accept scanned identifications.

Step 3:

Identity Verification: Next, take a selfie. A proof of life and real-time biometric comparison is performed against the photo on the identification.

And the final step is to proceed with signing the document.
