Get to Know the New Inbox

We have redesigned the Cincel home page to turn it into your new operations center: the Inbox. This section is now the app's "home", designed to simplify your workflow and give you quick access to the documents that require your attention.

The new design, optimized for web and mobile, focuses on the user. Everything you see in the Inbox is personalized to show you the information and pending actions that are relevant to you.

Main Inbox Filters

To help you quickly find what you need, the Inbox is organized into three main views or filters. The goal is to improve your document management workflow.

1. Sent:
   • What’s in it? Here you will find the documents that you have recently created and sent for signature. 
   • What is it for? It is the ideal view to follow up on the processes you started and monitor their progress.
2. My Pending:
   • What’s in it? This is your action section. It shows all the documents that require your signature or some other action on your part so that the process can continue. 
   • What is it for? It functions as your to-do list within Cincel, ensuring you don't miss any important actions.
3. Signed by me:
   • What’s in it? This view shows the documents that you have already signed. 
   • What is it for? It allows you to confirm that you completed your part of the process and verify the overall status of the document, whether it is completely finished or still waiting for other signers.
